咽喉頭異常感で来院した急性心筋梗塞の1例

Pharyngeal Paresthesia:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科において咽喉頭異常感は日常よく遭遇する症状の1つである。その原因疾患の中には悪性腫瘍などの予後不良なものがあるが，時間単位で急激に生命予後を危うくする疾患は稀である。最近当院において咽喉頭異常感を主訴に耳鼻科を受診した急性心筋梗塞の症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of pharyngeal paresthesia caused by myocardial infarction was reported. The patient complained of burning sensation in his neck with-out sympton in his chest. Abnormal sensation ra-diating to the head and neck region with or with-out general symptoms can be caused by ischemic heart diseases.
