　はじめに

　白血病における難聴，耳鳴，めまいなどの耳症状の合併は占くから知られており，1884年にDonneによって初めて報告された。近年，化学療法の発達により白血病患者の長期生存が可能となったため，白血病に耳症状を伴った症例をみる機会は今後増えてくると思われる。今回，急性骨髄性白血病（以下，AMLと略す）に難聴，顔面神経麻痺を伴った2症例を経験したので報告する。

We reported two cases of acute myeloid leuke-mia; a 59-year-old women and a 16-year-old boy having hearing loss, aural pain and facial palsy.

In both cases the aural symptoms and facial palsy were improved as the ear canal swelling and tympanic effusion decreased in a course of DCMP chemotherapy. In the first case CT revealed a soft tissue density in the middle ear cavity despite of the disappearance of those symptoms, and she died of meningcal leukemia. The second case is now in complete remission and followed at out-patient clinic.
