Two Cases of Malignant Lymphoma in the Ethmoid Sinus

はじめに

　悪性リンパ腫は，リンパ節，リンパ組織，細網内皮系などのリンパ組織に発生する悪性腫瘍の総称であり，頭頸部悪性リンパ腫は，全悪性リンパ腫の約半分を占めている^1）。

　悪性リンパ腫の中には，生理的なリンパ組織以外から発生することもある。これはリンパ節外悪性リンパ腫と呼ばれており，全悪性リンパ腫の10〜25％である^2）。

Malignant lymphomas outside the lymph nodes account for 10~25%. In the otorhinolaryngolo-gical field, there are few cases in the nasal cavities or paranasal sinuses and they make up about 10 % of the malignant lymphomas in the head and neck regions. We report two cases of malignant lymphoma occurring in the ethmoid sinus.

There was a localized enlargement, but the pro-gnosis differed depending on the stage.

Chemotherapy should be perfomed at first re-gardless to the stage.
