神経鞘腫と鑑別を要した耳後部結節性筋膜炎の1例

A case of postauricular noduar fasciitis differentiated from schwannoma

はじめに

　耳後部の腫瘤は，耳下腺腫瘍のほかに神経鞘腫など，さまざまな腫瘤形成性病変の鑑別が必要とされる。今回，右耳後部の腫瘤を主訴に受診し，術前検査にて神経鞘腫が疑われたために全身麻酔下に摘出術を施行したところ，病理組織学的検査の結果，結節性筋膜炎と診断された1症例を経験したため，文献的報告をふまえて報告する。

　A case of a 62-year-old woman presented with postauricular nodular fasciitis required to differentiate from schwannoma. The tumor was about 1 cm indiameter with tenderness and spindle nodule shape near the right parotid gland on CT scan. The tumor was resected under general anesthesia. The tumor was diagnosed as nodular fasciitis pathologically. Nodular fasciitis is a benign tumor, but clinically malignant tumor is often suspected, and unnecessary extensive resection should be avoided. Recognizing Nodular Fasciitis is important for selection of the proper treatment.
