鼻中隔顆粒細胞腫の1症例

Granular Cell Tumor of the Nasal Septum:Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　顆粒細胞腫は腫瘍細胞質内のエオジン好性顆粒を特徴とする腫瘍である。本邦では約200例の文献報告があり，皮膚，舌，口腔を好発部位としている。しかし鼻腔に発生することは稀で本邦では報告がない。今回われわれは鼻中隔に発生したものとしては本邦初の顆粒細胞腫を経験したので報告する。

Granular cell tumor of the nasal cavity in a 78-year-old female who had been suffered from right nasal obstruction for past 8 months was reported. It was found that a reddish-brown mass in the right nasal cavity was attached to the nasal septum. Clinical diagnosis was a benign tumor of the nasal septum, and the tumor was removed easily. No relapse of the tumor was seen 17 months after surgery. Histological examination was granular cell tumor. The tumor cells had abun-dant eosinophilic granular cytoplasms and prolif-erated in a solid sheet pattern. They contained diastase-resistant PAS-positive granules, showing positive immuno-reactivity for 5-100 protein and NSE (Neuron Specific Enlose) by the PAP method. Histogenesis of granular cell tumor was discussed.
