喉頭外傷時に潜在的喉頭癌があったと思われた1例

A Case of Co-existed Laryngeal Trauma and Cancer

I．はじめに

　喉頭外傷は発生頻度の比較的少ない疾患であるが，その治療法は個々の症例で異なり，音声および気道の再建に難渋する場合も少なくない。今回喉頭外傷後の嗄声に加え，その1年後に遅発性に起こった呼吸困難を訴えて来院，呼吸困難の原因を初めは外傷時に迷入した異物の遺残による肉芽増殖によるものと考えていたが，手術時の組織診により喉頭癌が同時に合併していたことが判明した症例を経験した。偶然とはいえ稀な症例であるのでここに報告する。

A patient who have had hoarseness after laryn-geal trauma due to a traffic accident developed dyspnea one year later. Pathological study of the granulation tissue in the subglottic space on the same side of the trauma revealed squamous cell carcinoma. Thus, cancer and trauma happened to be co-existed at the same region of the larynx in this case.
