中耳粘膜に色素斑がみられた太田母斑の1症例

Nevus of Ota with Pigmentation of Middle Ear Mucosa

I．はじめに

　太田母斑は黄色人種に多く，眼瞼から頬部にかけ褐色の着色を通常は片側性にみるものである^1）。日本人に比較的多い疾患ではあるが，日常の耳鼻咽喉科診療で鼓膜あるいは中耳粘膜の色素斑に遭遇することはほとんどない。今回われわれは中耳粘膜に色素斑を伴った太田母斑症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

Nevus of Ota with pigmentation of the middle car mucosa in a 9-year-old female is reported. Skin nevi were located on the left eyelid, check, and post-auricular region. Tympanoplasty was performed to close the eardrum perforation, which was caused by repeated myringotomies and ven-tilation tube insertion. Mucosa of the tympanum and mastoid cells was diffusely darkish. Biopsy of the pigmented middle ear mucosa showed many melanocytes in the subepithelial layer with slight inflammatory changes.
