鼻前庭囊胞との鑑別を要した孤立性線維性腫瘍の1例

Solitary fibrous tumor arising in the nasolabial region：A differential diagnosis from nasolabial cyst

Ⅰ　はじめに

　孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は稀な間葉組織由来の腫瘍で，1931年に初めて胸膜の原発性紡錘細胞腫瘍として報告された^1）。この腫瘍は通常は胸膜に発生するが，間葉組織由来のために眼窩，肺，腹部，四肢などの種々の胸膜外領域での発生が報告されている^2～4）。また最近では，鼻腔，唾液腺，顔面，口腔などの頭頸部領域での発生も報告されている^4）。今回，鼻前庭囊胞との鑑別を要した鼻口唇領域に発生したSFTの1例を経験した。本症例はこの領域に発生したSFTの初報告例であり，治療経過を報告するとともに，文献的考察を行った。

　Solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）usually arises from the pleura but also from the extrapleural locations such as head and neck. This presented the first reported case of SFT arising in the nasolabial region,which is a common site of nasolabial cyst. In a 57-year-old female the tumor was completely removed through the sublabial approach,and no recurrence was found during the follow-up. Clinical and histopathological findings as well as immunoreactivity of the tumor were discussed.
