特発性頸部リンパ漏の1例

A case of idiopathic cervical lymphorrhea

Ⅰ　はじめに

　リンパ漏とは何らかの外的要因によりリンパ管からリンパ液が漏れる状態である。検索しうる限りでは頸部からの特発性リンパ漏の報告はない。今回明らかな原因が見当たらないものの，リンパ管シンチグラフィーを施行し，頸部リンパ漏と確定診断を得ることができた症例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　A 49-year-old woman presented with a left cervical swelling which suddenly developed in a short period of time. She was diagnosed of cervical lymhorrhea by the emergency lymphoscintigraphy. The idiopathic cervical lymphorrhea was rarely reported.
