閉鎖性喉頭外傷後に遅発性声帯麻痺をきたした1例

A case of laryngeal injury with delayed laryngeal paralysis

Ⅰ．はじめに

　閉鎖性喉頭外傷は外傷の所見が乏しいにもかかわらず，嗄声や呼吸困難をきたしうる注意すべき疾患である。今回われわれは，閉鎖性喉頭外傷後，いったん軽快したにもかかわらず，遅発性に声帯麻痺をきたしたきわめて稀な1例を経験したので報告する。

　We reported an excessively rare case of laryngeal injury with delayed laryngeal paralysis. A 46-year-old male presented with a complaint of persistent hoarseness after traumatic injury in his neck.

　He was punched in his neck while martial arts training.

　Endoscopic examination showed only minor hematoma in his laryngeal ventricle at the first visit. But laryngeal paralysis occurred 23 days after the trauma and resolved completely 39 days after the trauma with conservative management alone.
