耳介に生じた紡錘形細胞脂肪腫の1例

Spindle cell lipoma of the auricle：Report of a case

I．はじめに

　紡錘形細胞脂肪腫（spindle cell lipoma）は脂肪組織由来の腫瘍の特殊型であり，中高年男性の後頸部や背部，肩部皮下に認められることが多い^1）。ほかにも頻度は低いが，顔面や前額部，頭皮，頰部，上腕に生じたものも報告されている^2～4）。しかし，これまでに耳介に生じた紡錘形細胞脂肪腫の報告^5）はほとんどない。今回われわれは，30年の経過で耳介に生じた紡錘形細胞脂肪腫の症例を経験したので報告する。

　Spindle cell lipoma is a benign tumor composed by a mixture of mature lipocyts and spindle cells and collagen bundles, that develop in middle to late adult life, and predominantly in subcutaneous tissue on the neck, shoulder or upper back of mainly male patients. We report a rare case of spindle cell lipoma of the auricle. A 75-year-old man complained of a slowly enlarging mass at his left auricle. The mass was movable and nontender, measured 4cm across at its greatest dimension. It was completely removed under local anesthesia.
