口腔底類皮囊胞の2症例

Two Cases of Giant Dermoid Cyst in the Floor of the Mouth

I．はじめに

　類皮囊胞は身体各部に発生し，頭頸部領域の発生率は全体の約6.9％であるが^1），口腔底に発生するものは，そのうちの約23％と比較的多い。

　われわれは，口腔底に発生した巨大な類皮囊胞の2症例を経験した。いずれも口内法単独で，囊胞壁を破ることなく一塊として摘出することができた。本稿では，われわれの経験した2症例の概要を述べ，併せて口腔底に発生した類皮囊胞について，摘出方法を中心に検討したので報告する。

　Dermoid cyst in the floor of the mouth is relatively rare. We present two cases of giant dermoid cyst in the floor of the mouth. The cyst was totally enucleated through intraoral approach with vertical incision of the center of oral floor.

　It was considered that the wall of the dermoid cyst was so thick and strong that the intraoral approach with vertical incision should be attempted first,even if the cyst wound be large and occur in any place of every where of the floor of the mouth.
