Michel型内耳奇形症例

A Case of Michel's Aplasia

I．はじめに

　内耳奇形は，日常診療ではあまり遭遇しない稀な疾患である^1）。内耳奇形の中でもMichel型内耳奇形は極めて少ないとされており^2），その症例報告も極めて少ない。本症は形成不全の程度が高度で，発生初期の聴小囊の形成前後の段階でその後の発達が停止したものと考えられている^3）。

　今回われわれは，一側性のMichel型内耳奇形と考えられる症例を経験したので報告する。

　An 8-year-old boy presented with a hearing loss of the left ear on audiograms. CT scan and MRI showed that the left internal ear was not identified. The middle ear and the external ear showed no deformity,and facial paralysis was not recognized. Therefore,the Michel pattern internal ear deformity on the lateral side was diagnosed. It was only ninth case in this country.
