東京医科大学病院眼科における視神経疾患の統計的観察

Review of optic neuropathy in our institution

（P−1-92）　1998年までの5年間に，視野異常のある内因性視神経疾患83例を遡及的に検索した。内訳は，脱髄性疾患43例（52％），循環障害性20例（24％），薬物中毒14例（17％），遺伝性2例（2％），原因不明4例（5％）であった。特発性視神経炎が最も多かった。エタンブトールを内服中の結核患者29例中11例（38％）に視野障害があり，中毒性視神経症と診断した。特発性視神経炎では，両眼性が片眼性よりも視力転帰が不良であった。

We reviewed 83 cases of endogenous optic neuropathy with visual field defect seen during the 5 years through 1998. The series comprised demyalinating disease 43 cases (52%), vascular disease 20 cases (24%) , toxic disease 14 cases (17%) , hereditary disease 2 cases (2%) and unidentified 4 cases (5%) . Idiopathic optic neuritis was the most frequent entity. Out of 29 cases under systemic ethambutol, 11 cases (38%), showed visual field defect and were diagnosed as toxic neuropathy. The final visual outcome was poorer in bilateral idiopathic optic neuritis than in unilateral one.
