プラチド写真を用いたプラチド画像解析サービスの有用性

Usefulness of topographic analysis service of keratoscope photographs

（展示2）　2D以上の角膜乱視のある患者58名を検索した。症例は，無または偽水晶体眼45名，円錐角膜2名，有水晶体眼11名である。プラチド写真を画像解析サービスに送り，角膜トポグラフィーマップと乱視に関する量的情報を作成した。算出された角膜の歪み度を表す数値は，眼鏡による矯正視力と有意な相関を示した。このサービスは，コンピュータによる角膜形状解析装置のない眼科施設でも，屈折矯正手術に関する情報を得る意味で有用である。

We evaluated 58 patients regarding corneal topography. All had astigmatism of 2 diopters or more. The series comprised 45 aphakic or pseudophakic patients, 2 with keratoconus and 11 phakic persons. Photographs by photokeratoscope were converted into color topographic maps and numerical data by a professional service. The values for corneal astigmatism were significantly correlated with the visual acuity corrected by spectacles. The findings show the usefulness of topographic analysis service for ophthalmic institutions which do not possess computerized corneal topography system in obtaining informations regarding prospective keratorefractive surgery.
