超音波白内障手術後の早期角膜厚変化

Early changes in corneal thickness following cataract surgery

（展示7）　超音波白内障手術による術後早期における角膜への影響を調べる目的で，中心角膜厚を経時的に測定し，その変化に影響を与える因子について検討した。超音波白内障手術を施行した74眼に，超音波パキメーターを用いて中心角膜厚を術前，手術開始時，手術終了時，術後1日，術後3日，術後7日に測定した。平均中心角膜厚はそれぞれ516,519,542,542,535,520μmと変化し，術終了時と術翌日では術前より27μmの増加を示した。中心角膜厚変化は，手術時間と強角膜切開幅に対してのみ正の相関を示した。

We measured the thickness of central cornea in 74 eyes before and after phacoemulsification for cataract. An ultrasound pachymeter was used in the measurement. The average value of corneal thickness was 516 m the previous day before surgery and 519 tim immediately after surgery. It was 542, 542, 535, 520μm on day 0, day 1, day 3 and day 7 respectively. The corneal thickness attained the maximum value on day 0 and 1 of surgery. The absolute value of corneal thickness was positively correlated only with the duration of surgery and the width of corneoscleral incision.
