腎疾患にぶどう膜炎を合併した5例

Uveitis in five cases of renal diseases

（26C1-13）　ぶどう膜炎を伴う腎疾患5例を経験した。腎不全で腎透析中の2例と，間質障害のないメサンギウム増殖性糸球体腎炎，間質障害のあるlgA腎炎，原因不明の一過性尿細管機能障害の各1例である。臨床像は尿細管・間質性腎炎とぶどう膜炎症候群（tubulo-jnterstitial nephritis and uveltis syndrome：TINU）に類似していた。1例に緑内障が続発した。これら腎疾患にぶどう膜炎が併発した機序として，尿細管・糸球体・ぶどう膜に共通する抗原が関与する可能性がある。

We observed uveitis in 5 patients with various types of renal disease. They were : renal failure undergoing hemodialysis 2 cases, transient interstitial disorder 1, IgA nephropathy with interstitial nephritis 1, and mesangial prolifera-tive glomerulonephritis 1. The clinical features resembled tubulo-interstitial nephritis and uveitis syndrome, TINU. Secondary glaucoma was present in 1 case. We suspected involvement of common antigens to renal and uveal tissues.
