高感度ビデオによる前房内浮遊物の撮影

（展示85）　前房内浮遊物（セル）を，細隙灯顕微鏡の接眼部に装着した高感度白黒CCDカメラで明瞭に撮影記録することができた。さまざまな程度のセルを観察できた症例21例33眼を，撮影および録画対象とした。セル数を再生したビデオモニターの静止画面上またはプリント画面上で数え，一定面積あたりの数で算出定量した。岡時にレーザー・フレア・セルメーターでセル数を測定し，前記の値と比較した。その結果，レーザー・フレア・セルメーターと高感度白黒CCDカメラでのセル測定値との間には，強い相関が認められた。高感度白黒CCDカメラを用いることにより，無散瞳下でも眼内外の反射などに障害されず，セルが明瞭な画像として観察記録できた。さらにセルの温流による動きも撮影記録できた。今回用いた方法は，きわめて安価で簡便なセルの客観的な半定量法であり，日常診療に利用されるべき方法である。

We documented the aqueous floaters in 33 eyes using a high- sensitive B & W CCD camera mounted on a SL 120 slitlamp (Zeiss, Germany). The population of floaters per unit area was counted either on the video monitor or printed image. The thus obtained population showed close correlation with the finding by laser flare cell meter. The present system showed clear images of floaters which was free of noise even without mydriasis. It was also possible to document the thermal current. This system is recommended as a routine clinical tool to semiquantite the aqueous floaters as it is easy to operate and is low cost.
