嚢胞状黄斑浮腫を伴う網膜静脈分枝閉塞症に対するレーザー光凝固療法

Laser photocoagulation for branch retinal vein occlusion with cystoid macular edema

（P1-2-47）　嚢胞状黄斑浮腫を伴う網膜静脈分枝閉塞症に対するレーザー光凝固眼の視力予後，また視力を左右する要因につき検討した。対象は光凝固を行い，1年以上経過観察した69眼である。1年後の視力改善は55％，不変36％，悪化9％であり，凝固後視力は凝固前に比べ有意に改善した（p＜0.001）。また，凝固1年後に視力0.7以上になった症例は65％であった。）凝固後logMAR視力は，凝固前logMAR視力，年齢，傍中心窩毛細血管網の障害範囲と正の相関を示した（p＜0.01）。凝固後視力0.7以上を得る条件は，凝固前視力0.3以上，70歳未満，傍中心窩毛細血管網の障害範囲が180度未満であった。

We reviewed 69 eyes treated by laser photocoagulation for branch retinal vein occlusion with cystoid macular edema. At one year after treatment, the visual acuity improved in 55%, remained unchanged in 36% and deteriorated in 9%. The posttreatment improvement in visual acuity was significant (p＜0.001) . Visual acuity improved to 0.7 or more in 65% of eyes. The posttreatment visual acuity, expressed as logMar, was correlated positively with the pretreatment visual acuity and negatively with the age of patient and the area of impaired perifoveal capillary network (p＜0.01). The findings show that posttreatment visual acuity of 0.7 or over can be expected when the initial visual acuity is 0.3 or over age of patient is less than 70 years and less than 180 degrees of perifoveal capillary network is impaired.
