特発性脈絡膜皺襞におけるインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影検査所見

Indocyanine green angiographic features of idiopathic choroidal folds

（P1-1-2）　フルオレセイン，インドシアニングリーン同時螢光眼底造影検査（fluorescein angiography；FAindocyanine green angiography：IA）を行った特発性脈絡膜皺襞の2症例を報告した。症例1は57歳男性で，IAにおいて後極部に細かく蛇行し粗い網状を呈する脈絡膜血管異常所見がみられた。症例は63歳男性で，IAにて皺襞に一致した過螢光以外に特に異常をみなかった。今まで特発性脈絡膜綴皺襞と診断されていた症例の中に，症例1のような脈絡膜血管病変を有している可能性があり，今後とも討していく必要がある。

We performed simultaneous fluorescein and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography in two cases of idiopathic chorodal folds. Both were males aged 57 and 63 years respectively. In the first case, ICG angiography showed unusually tortuous choroidal vessels forming a coarse network in the posterior fundus. In the second case, ICG angiography showed no remarkable changes except hyperfluorescent striae along the choroidal folds. The findings show that abnormality in choroidal vessels may underlie apparently idiopathic choroidal folds.
