眼症状を呈した再発性多発軟骨炎の3例

Three cases of relapsing polychondritis with ocular manifestations

　眼症状を伴う再発性多発軟骨炎の3例を経験した。45歳女性，63歳男性，64歳女性であり，眼痛を伴う強膜炎が共通する眼病変であった。1例では結膜浮腫と眼瞼腫脹に乳頭浮腫があり，1例では両眼の虹彩毛様体炎，続発緑内障，乳頭浮腫，髄膜炎が併発していた。経験した3例は，再発性多発軟骨炎が，強膜炎を中軸とする多彩な眼所見を呈することを示している。

We observed three cases of relapsing polychondritis with ocular manifestations. They were aged 45, 63 and 64 years each. Scleritis with ocular pain was the common feature. One case showed chemosis, palpebral edema and papilledema. Another case showed bilateral iridocyclitis, secondary glaucoma, papilledema and meningitis. These cases illustrate that relapsing polychondritis may induce scleritis with various ocular manifesta-tions.
