銭型角膜炎の6症例

Six cases of nummular keratitis

　過去12年間に銭型角膜炎（Dimmer）の症例を6例経験した。男性3例，女性3例で，年齢は6〜66歳（平均36.7歳），両眼性が2例，片眼性が4例であった。数個の小円形病巣（銭型病変）が全例にみられ，周囲に細胞浸潤を伴っていた。軽度から中等度の結膜充血もみられた。5例はステロイド薬点眼で，1例は抗生物質と角膜保護薬で治癒した。3例に再発がみられたが，予後は良好であった。

We observed six cases of nummular keratitis of Dimmer in the past 12 years. The series comprised 3 males and 3 females. The ages ranged from 6 to 66 years, average 36.7 years. The condition was bilateral in 3 cases and unilateral in 3. All the affected eyes showed coin - shaped corneal lesions surrounded by cellular infiltrations. Faint to moderate conjunctival hyperemia was also present. Five cases were treated by corticosteroid eye drops. One case was treated by topical antibiotics and lubricant eye drops.
