　光学的干渉断層計OCTを用い，急性期Vogt—小柳—原田病の眼底病変を観察した。その結果，剥離網膜に浮腫があること，非剥離部網膜にも浮腫があることが日月らかになった。またOCT断層像によると，眼底病変は単なる網膜剥離だけでなく，網膜内の液体貯留や膨化・浮腫による網膜剥離様の眼底の隆起の場合があつた。また従来の検査法では観察困難であつた色素上皮剥離の合併が検出できた。

We evaluated 20 eyes of 10 patients of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome using an optical coherence tomography (OCT) . The acute phase of the disease was characterized by the presence of edematous swelling of detached and apparently nondetached sensory retina. Serous detachment of retinal pigment epithelium was another frequent finding by OCT.
