網膜過誤腫の網膜断層像

Optical coherence tomographic features of retinal hamartoma

　光学的干渉断層計（OCT）を用いて，網膜の過誤腫の断層像を観察した。症例1は16歳の男子で，結節性硬化症があり，両眼に多発性の神経膠腫があった。乳頭黄斑間の腫瘤は桑実様であった。症例2は40歳男子で全身の異常はない。網膜の過誤腫は片眼性で，孤立性であった。腫瘤は灰白色で網膜からわずかに隆起し，表面は平滑であった。OCTでは，両者とも腫瘤は充実性で，神経線維層に限局し，神経線維層と同じ程度の反射を示した。

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) on a case of tuberous sclerosis with fundus involvement showed the mulberry tumor as a high reflective mass located at the level of nerve fiber layer. OCT on another eye with idiopathic retinal hamartoma showed esentially similar findings.
