ウノプロストン点眼液の開放隅角緑内障に対する追加投与成績

The additive effect of topical unoprostone on the intraocular pressure in primary open angle glaucoma

　0.12％ウノプロストン点眼液を原発開放隅角緑内障66例66眼に投与した。全例がすでに他の薬物による緑内障治療を受けていた。ウノプロストン追加前3か月間の平均眼圧を基準とし，追加後の眼圧と比較した。効果は，房水の流出圧の改善率が20％以上維持されていることを生存の条件とした生命表法で解析した。その結果，1,3,6か月それぞれでの生存率1よ54.5,42.1、35.5％であった。眼圧下降効果の持続と関連する背景因子をCOx比例ハザードモデルで検討した結果，性別，年齢，投与前眼圧，手術既往，併用薬物のいずれも有意な相関を示さなかった。

We treated 66 eyes of 66 patients with primary open angle glaucoma by 0.12% unoprostone ophthalmic solution. All the eyes had been under treatment by maximum dosis of other antiglaucomatous agents. The average of intraocular pressure (I0P) during the foregoing 3 months served as baseline. The additive effect of unoprostone was evaluated by the Kaplan-Meier method. The rate of reduction of outflow pressure was 20% or greater in 54.5%, 42.1% and 35.5% at 1, 3 and 6 months respectively after additional unoprostone. The Cox's proportional hazard model showed that the hypotensive effect of unoprostone was not related to the initial IOP level, sex, age, history of surgery or antiglaucomatous agents under use.
