栗のとげによる穿孔性角膜外傷の1例

A case of perforating corneal injury by thorns of chestnut bur

　症例は53歳の男性で，墓参りに行き空を見上げた瞬間に，落ちてきた栗いがのとげにより角膜穿孔に至った1例を報告した。症例は角膜異物除去後，前房水漏出に対し，外科用接着剤塗布と連続装用使い捨てソフトコンタクトレンズを装着し，現在まで良好な経過を得ている。

A 53-year-old male suffered corneal perforation of his right eye by three pieces of thorns of a chestnut bur while visiting a graveyard and looking up at the sky. After extraction of the thorns, the leakage of aqueous through the wounds was successfully treated by application of an adhesive agent and longterm disposable soft contact lens.
