富山医科薬科大学における最近8年間のぶどう膜炎の統計

An eight-year review of uveitis in our institution

　1986〜1993年に富山医科薬科大学付属病院眼科を初診した内因性ぶどう膜炎患者161人を対象とし，臨床的に検討した。外来新来患者に対する内因性ぶどう膜炎患者の割合は8年間で平均0.5％であった。男性が若干多く，また男女ともに50歳以上の患者の占める割合が高かった。原因疾患で最も頻度が高かったのはベーチェット病で13.7％，以下原田病11.8％，サルコイドーシス11.2％が上位を占めていた。また，原因不明のぶどう膜炎は55.4％であった。近年，ベーチェット病のみならずサルコイドーシスの発症頻度も減少していた。また，血清抗HTLV−I抗体陽性者は，検査した25例中には存在しなかった。

We reviewed 161 patients of endogenoug uveitis seen during 8 years through 1993. These casescomprised 0.5% of all new outpatients during the same period. There was a slight preponderance of malesover females. The majority of patients were aged 50 years or over. Behçet disease was the most frequententity at 13.7%, followed by Harada disease 11.8% and sarcoidosis 11.2%. Uveitis of unknown causecomprised 55.4% of the series. There was a decreasing tendency in the incidence of Behçet disease andsarcoidosis during the latter half of the 8 years. There was no instance seropositive to human T-lymphotropic virus type Ⅰ (HTLV-Ⅰ) among 25 tested patients.
