梅毒性ぶどう膜炎の1例

A case of syphilitic uveitis

　片眼性の視神経乳頭炎主体の梅毒性ぶどう膜炎の1例を経験した。症例は49歳男性で，初診時，左眼視神経乳頭の発赤，腫脹，乳頭周囲の浮腫，静脈の拡張が認められた。螢光眼底撮影にて左眼視神経乳頭に強い過螢光がみられたが，網脈絡膜炎は，ごく軽度であった。血清梅毒定量検査にて陽性であり，駆梅療法を行い，病変は約4か月で沈静化した。片眼の視神経乳頭炎をみた場合，梅毒も含めて検索していく必要があると思われた。

A 49-year-old male presented with blurring of visions in his left eye. Fluorescein angiographyshowed findings compatible with papillitis and diffuse retinal angiitis. Serological findings were positive forsyphilis. The condition responded well to antitreponemal therapy for 4 months leaving low-grade diffuseatrophy at the level of retinal pigment epithelium.
