冠動脈造影中に網膜中心動脈閉塞を発症した1例

Central retinal artery occlusion developed in a case during coronary angiography

　53歳の男性で冠動脈造影中に網膜中心動脈閉塞を生じた1例を経験した。患者には発症後すぐに眼球マッサージ，ウロキナーゼの点滴静注，さらに前房穿刺などの処置が行われた。経過中に部分的なcherry-red spotを生じたが，幸いにも中心視力は保たれた。また視野の欠損は一部改善したが，完全には回復しなかった。

A 53-year-old male underwent selective coronary angiography via femoral artery. He had developed repeated attacks of angina pectoris since 12 years before. At the end of angiography procedure, he noted loss of vision in the left eye. He showed typical features of central retinal artery occlusion. Immediate treatments with bulbar massage, intravenous urokinase and paracentesis resulted in recovery of vision with partial loss of visual field.
