増殖性硝子体網膜症における各所見の発生要因

Predisposing factors of proliferative vitreoretinopathy

　増殖性硝子体網膜症（proliferative vitreoretinopathy：PVR）分類（1991年発表）の各gradeと細目所見を発生させる因子を検討するため，PVR分類と，剥離範囲，剥離期間，眼圧，裂孔の形，大きさ，年齢，性別との関係を調べた。対象は1992年3月から1年4か月の間に，当院で手術を行った裂孔原性網膜剥離のうち，内眼手術既往例を除いた295眼とした。その結果，PVR分類と発生要因の関係について検討するときには，PVR分類をgrade別に検討するだけではなく，細目所見について注目することが重要と考えた。

To evaluate the predisposing factors of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR), we studied 295 eyes of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RD) seen at the Ideta Eye Hospital between March 1992 and June 1993. We used the updated classification of PVR published in 1991. We compared the grades and detailed findings of PVR with the extent of RD, duration of RD, intraocular pressure, type of retinal break, size of retinal tear, sex and age. We found that detailed findings were more important than the grades ofPVR in evaluating the predisposing factors of this disease.
