特発性黄斑上膜の硝子体手術と網膜感度測定による評価

Central retinal sensitivity following surgical removal of idiopathic epiretinal membrane

　18例18眼の特発性黄斑上膜に硝子体手術を行い，オクトパスプログラム61による網膜感度測定を術前，術後1, 3, 6, 12か月に行った。術前は網膜感度と視力がよく相関しており，術後は網膜感度の改善と視力の改善がよく相関していた。視力は術前よりも低下した例はなかったが，網膜感度の低下したものがあり，視力改善にもかかわらず網膜感度の低下したものが4眼22.2％に存在した。

Vitrectomy was performed in 18 eyes to remove idiopathic epiretinal membrane, Retinal sensitivity was measured by Octopus program 61 before sur-gery and 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery. There was a good correlation between presurgical visual acuity and retinal sensitivity and between postsur-gical improvements in visual acuity and retinal sensitivity. There was no instance of decrease ofvision after surgery. There were 4 eyes, 22%, which showed decreased retinal sensitivity in spite of improvement in visual acuity.
