岡山県南部における結膜アレルギーのアレルゲン検索

Allergens for allerigic conjunctivitis in southern Okayama Prefecture

　岡山県南部において結膜アレルギー患者327名に，スクラッチテストによるアレルゲン検索を行い，ヒョウヒダニ，ハウスダスト，そしてカモガヤ，ヨモギ，アキノキリン草花粉の順にその陽性率が高かった。最近注目されているスギ花粉の陽性率は思っていたほど高くなく，牛窓町で測定したスギ花粉の飛散量も少なかった。また高い陽性率を示したカモガヤを含むイネ科花粉は5〜9月まで飛散していた。

　同一患者おける重複アレルゲンの数は平均1.7で15.9％の患者が4グループ以上のアレルゲンに陽性であった。結膜アレルギー患者には点眼治療だけでなくアレルゲンの検索も行い，指導治療を行う必要性を提示した。

A total of 327 patients with manifest allergic conjunctivitis in southern Okayama Prefecture were examined for 16 allergens by scratch skin test. In the present series, 269 subjects, 82%, were posi-tive for at least one allergen and an average of 1.7 allergens. 52 patients were positive for 4 antigens or more. The responsible antigens included, in the descending order, house dust mite, house dust,orchard grass pollen, magwort pollen and golden rod pollen. Japanese cedar pollen ranked low con-trary to earlier studies coducted in northern Okayama Prefecture.Identification of specific antigens for allergic conjunctivitis is advocated in order to instruct patients in avoiding or alleviating clinical manifestations of the disease.
