自己角膜回転移植の1例

A case of rotating autokeratoplasty

　角膜中央部に限局する混濁に対し自己角膜回転移植を行い，良好な結果を得た。症例は61歳の男性で角膜鉄片異物除去後の視力低下を主訴に当科を受診した。手術は，7.5mmトレパンを使用し，正円回転移植した。術後経過は良好で，矯正視力は術前の0.3から術後0.8に改善した。自己角膜移植は拒絶反応を起こさず，高い透明治癒率が期待できる。また，角膜の提供を必要としないため待たずに手術できるという利点もあり，角膜移植の施行を考慮する時，自己角膜移植の可能性を検討することが望まれる。

A 61-year-old male presented with impaired vision in the right eye after removal of corneal foreign body. The visual acuity was reduced to 0.3 due to central opacity of the corneal stroma. We perfomed circular rotating autokeratoplasty. Thevisual acuity was 0.8 one year after surgery.

Autokeratoplasty does not induce immune reac-tion and is an elective procedure without need of donor cornea. Autokeratoplasty is advocated in nonprogressive central corneal opacities.
