Ocular response analyzerを用いた線維柱帯切除術と線維柱帯切開術前後におけるcorneal hysteresisの変化の検討

Evaluation of changes in corneal hysteresis after trabeculectomy and trabeculotomy using the Ocular Response Analyzer

要約　目的：線維柱帯切除術と線維柱帯切開術の術前後の角膜可塑性（CH）の変化を比較検討する。

対象と方法：線維柱帯切除術後3か月の59眼および線維柱帯切開術後3か月の28眼を対象とした。非接触式眼圧計であるocular response analyzer（ORA）を用いて，術前後のORA測定値の補正値（IOPcc），CHをそれぞれ後ろ向きに比較検討した。

結果：線維柱帯切除術後3か月でCHは有意に上昇した（p＝0.0030）。また，IOPccが低下するほどCHが上昇する傾向があった。線維柱帯切開術後は有意なCHの上昇はなかった（p＝0.88）。

結論：線維柱帯切除術後にCHは上昇していた。

Abstract　Purpose：To identify the changes in corneal hysteresis（CH）after trabeculectomy and trabeculotomy.

Subjects and Methods：Fifty-nine eyes that underwent trabeculectomty and twenty-eight eyes that underwent trabeculotomy were included. We retrospectively compared the preoperative and 3-month postoperative of corneal compensated intraocular pressure（IOPcc）and CH using the Ocular response analyzer.

Results：CH increased significantly at 3 months after trabeculectomy（p＝0.0030）. An increase in CH was strongly rerated to a decrease in the IOPcc. There was no significant increase in CH after trabeculotomy（p＝0.88）.

Conclusions：CH increased after trabeculectomty.
