Abstract Purpose:To report a case of bilateral choroidal tumor metastatic from breast cancer that responded to radiotherapy and intravitreal injection of bevacicumab.

Case:A 40-year-old woman had been diagnosed with stage Ⅳ breast cancer with metastases to the lung, bones and liver one year before. She was referred to us for visual failure and abnormal visual field in the left eye.

Findings and Clinical Course:Corrected visual acuity was 1.2 in either eye. Both eyes showed elevated fundus patches with serous retinal detachment in the left. Multiple cerebral metastases were detected. The fundus lesions were diagnosed with metastatic choroidal tumor. Radiation to the brain and the eyes totaling 35 Gy over 3 weeks was followed by resolution of retinal detachment in the left eye. Fundus lesions recurred in the left eye 9 months later and were treated by 2 sessions of intravitreal bevacizumab. Visual acuity has been maintained at 1.2 for 2 years.

Conclusion:Radiotherapy followed by intravitreal bevacizumab was effective for choroidal tumor metastatic from breast cancer.
