要約 目的:病院職員の教育に,動画の使用が有効であるかどうかについて評価した報告。
対象と方法:某医療施設に勤務する従業員のうち,本研究に参加する意思がある29名を対象とした。男性19名,女性10名で,平均年齢は27歳である。これを介入群14名と非介入群15名の2群に分け,介入群にはマナーや倫理に関する教育動画を自由に視聴させた。独立した第三者が,勤務態度の変化を評価した。
結果:勤務態度の改善は,介入群で50%,非介入群で13.3%であり,有意差があった(p<0.05)。
結論:動画を用いる教育は,病院職員に対して有効であった。
Abstract Purpose: To report the outcome after training of hospital workers using a video program.
Cases and Method:This study was made on 29 persons who volunteered to join the training program in an urban medical institution. The series comprised 19 males and 10 females. The age averaged 27 years. They were divided into 2 groups. One group of 15 persons received conventional training regarding ethics and manner as hospital worker. The other group of 14 persons received, additionally, received video program that could be watched at will. An independent observer evaluated the outcome by watching the behavior of hospital workers.
Results: The behavior improved in 13.3% of those receiving conventional training only, and in 50% of those who watched additional video program. The difference was significant(p<0.05).
Conclusion: Use of video program was effective in the training of hospital workers.
