Vitreous fluorophotometry値の血漿内タンパク非結合フルオレスセイン濃度動態を用いた補正法—（1）1時間値までの簡便補正法

　Vitreous fluorophotometry測定値を血漿内fluorescein （F）濃度で補正する簡便法を検討した。8名の正常人に体重（kg）あたり7mgのF-Naを静注し，血漿中のtotal F濃度ならびに限外浜過法によるprotein-unbound F （PUF）濃度を静注後1分から5時間まで経時的に測定した。測定値をもとに，3項の指数関数，簡便法（単項の指数関数，有理整関数，対数関数）によって曲線近似した。以上の方法でF静注後60分まで濃度曲線下の面積を計算し，同様に測定値をもとに台形法で計算し比較検討した。F-Na静注後10分，60分のPUFで，単項の指数関数を用いて近似した静注後60分までの面積計算値（補正値）は，3項の指数関数，台形法による理想値と最もよく相関し，日常の臨床に用い得ることが判明した。

A simplified method was determined for nor-malization of vitreous fluorophotometric readings by using concentration of protein-unbound fluores-cein (PUF). Eight young normal volunteers served as subjects in this study. One, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120, 300 min after an antecubital venous injec-tion of 7 mg of 10% fluorescein sodium per kilo-gram of body weight, 4 ml of blood was obtainedfrom the opposite antecubital vein. Plasma was separated immediately by centrifugation at 1500G for 10 min and divided into two samples.
