（1） Fundus albipunctatusと思われる症例では，　EOGの高浸透圧応答は両眼ともに異常であった。本症で従来推定されていた網膜色素上皮の障害が電気生理学的手法で本報で初めて実証された。

（2） Fundus flavimaculatusの症例ではERGのoff応答急峻部，EOGの高浸透圧応答，Diamox応答のいずれも異常であり，錐体と網膜色素上皮の障害が示唆された。

（3） Flccked retina syndromeに属する症例で，ERGやEOG検査によって，錐体や網膜色素上皮の異常が検出されない症例があった。

Three cases of flecked retina syndrome were studied by our new tests for the cone receptor cell and retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). The cone activity was evaluated by electroretinographic rapid off-response which is mainly composed of the decay of the cone late receptor potential. The RPE activity was assessed by susceptibility of the standing potential to hyperosmolarity and to Diamox (hyperosmolarity response and Diamox response respectively).

A case of fundus albipunctatus was a 15-year-old boy with normal visual acuity and with no familial trait. He complained of slow adaptation on going from light to dark.
