黄斑部出血を伴った網膜細動脈蛇行症

Bilateral macular hemorrhages associated with retinal arteriolar tortuosity

　58歳，女性が両眼の霧視を訴えて来院し，検眼鏡検査で黄斑部の網膜細動脈蛇行症と黄斑出血がみられた。螢光眼底造影では，異常所見を認めなかった。全身検査は，出血性素因をみとめず。1カ月後には黄斑部出血は自然吸収された。

A 58-year-old healthy female developed sudden blurring of vision in both eyes one month before. Funduscopy revealed similar features in both eyes, consisting of patchy hemorrhage in the macula and tortuosity of retinal arterioles serving the macula. Fluorescein angiography showed blocked fluores-cence corresponding to the hemorrhage. Systemic medical examinations and laboratory tests failed to reveal any pathological findings. The macular hem-orrhage disappeared spontaenously one month later.
