後極部に裂孔を有する網膜剥離眼の超音波所見

Ultrasonographic study of retial detachment due to hole of the posterior pole

後極部に裂孔を有する網膜剥離眼，34眼を超音波診断装置を用いて眼球の形状について検討した結果

　1．眼軸長について：（1）34眼の眼軸長の平均は27.33mmあった。（2） C群：黄斑孔と同時に周辺部に裂孔を有するものは，他の2群とは異なり，眼軸長の延長は認めなかった。

　2．後部ブドウ腫について：（1）後部ブドウ腫は34眼中25眼に認めた。（2） C群：黄斑孔と同時に周辺部に裂孔を有するものは，後部ブドウ腫を全例認めなかった。（3） B群：黄斑孔以外の後極部裂孔を有するものは，後部ブドウ腫を全例認め，突出度，轡曲度のいずれも，A群にくらべて大であった。（4） A群：黄斑孔のみを有するものでは，剥離の範囲が1度のものが，II度以上のものにくらべて，突出度，轡曲度のいずれも大きかった。

　3．眼軸長と後部ブドウ腫：眼軸長と後部ブドウ腫の間には，正の相関関係を認めたが，その程度は，個々の症例においてまちまちであった。

We evaluated 34 eyes with retinal detachment with a hole in the posterior fundus area. These eyes were classified into three groups : eyes with macular hole (A), those with extramacular hole (B) and those with macular hole accompanied by retinal break in the perphery (C). Measurement of the shape of posterior sclera and the axial length was performed in all the cases using ultrasonography (Ophthalmoscan 200, Coleman). The axial length measurement revealed that all the eyes belonging to group A and B were highly myopic and that all the eyes in group C were emmetropic.
