晩期妊娠中毒症に併発した無裂孔性網膜剥離の病態

The symptomatology of nonrhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with toxemia of pregnancy

　4例の妊娠中毒症患者と1例の分娩後多量に輸液を行なった患者に無裂孔性の続発性網膜剥離を観察した。

　螢光眼底検査より本症は脈経膜よりの浸出液により生じることを確認した。

　いずれも両眼性で黄斑部に異常を認め，視力低下の強いものと軽度のものとあった。これらは程度，部位の差によると考えられる。

　長期経過観察のできた1例に脈絡膜梗塞を疑わせる所見を呈したものがあった。

We observed 4 cases or nonrhegmatogenous reti-nal detachment associated with toxemia of preg-nancy during the last trimester. An essentially similar retinal detachment occurred in another case following massive blood and electrolyte transfusion after delivery.

Fluorescein angiographic features in the five cases were consistent and simulated those of idiopa-thic central serous choroidopathy even though the amount of retinal detachment was widely variable according to the cases. All of the 5 cases did not manifest remarkable hypertensive retinopathy and the retinal vessels looked almost intact.
