  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

Computed tomography (CT), with its ability to display brain anatomy and pathology with almost macroscopic accuracy, is the ideal diagnostic tech-nique for the evidence of CNS disorders. The resolu-tion is enough to show even small cavity and atrophy of the brain. Recent investigators have suggested a correlation between esotropia and neurological dysfunction. An investigation of CNS injuries in infantile esotropia was made.

Of 50 patients with infantile esotropia 64% (32/ 50), showed abnormal CT findings.
