The long-term postsurgical course of 75 eyes (46 cases) with primary congenital or infantile glau-coma was evaluated. All the cases developed glau-coma before the age of 3 years. At the time of last evaluation, the patients were aged between 6 and 31 years. The postsurgical follow-up period ranged from 5 to 14 years. Goniotomy was performed in 70% of 152 operations in our department. Other filtering procedures were employed for the remain-ing 30%. There were additional 14 unidentified operations performed elsewhere.
