細隙灯写真による水晶体曲率測定法に関する諸問題

緒　言

　著者らは，先に，眼球のスリットランプ写真の計測から，水晶体曲率等を算出する方法を発表した^1〜3）。この方法は，従来行われてきた光学的方法が各種装置を必要とし煩雑なのに較べ，スリットランプ装置だけかまたは簡単な装置を付加するだけで，すべての要素を求めることができるのが特徴である。この方法をいつそう臨床的な測定方法として確立するため，この方法に付随するいくつかの問題点について検討を行つた。

Various factors such as centering, photography, assumption for calculation, causing errors in the estimation of the values of the optical elements of refractive elements of the eye using slitlamp pho-tography were analysed to improve the accuracy of the method. The following results were obtained.

1) The optical section of the crystalline or corneatakes eliptical shape. The photography using Sche-inpflug principle will reduce the error.

2) The angle between the slitbeam and camera can cause error of a few percentage if it is large, on the basis of paraxial ray calsulation.
