浅前房と急性一過性近視を初発症状とした原田病の1例

Shallow Anterior Chamber and Transient Myopia as Initial Signs of Harada's Disease

緒　言

　原田病は一般に，眼底後極部の浮腫を初発症状として発病する。しかし，きわめて稀には，浅前房，さらに浅前房にもとづく閉塞隅角緑内障を初発症状として発病した症例の報告もみられる（八田^1），渡辺^2），木村^3），白土^4））。著者は，このたび，両眼の浅前房と，同時に急性一過性の強い近視を初発症状とし，初診の3日後に，視神経乳頭と後極部網膜に浮腫状混濁を生じ，原田病と診断された症例を経験した。原田病においてこのような症状を示すのは少ないのでその経過を報告する。

A 25-year-old female with acute bilateral blur-ring of vision revealed acute myopia of mode-rate degree and shallow anterior chamber without any sign of intraocular inflammation. Seven days later following her first visit to us, multiple edema at the posterior retina appeared in both eyes. Thereafter, her eyes ran a typice clinical course of Harada's disease.

Following oral steroid daministration, myopia and shallow anterior chamber disappeared gra-dually. Intraocular pressure did not show any elevation during the course.
