黄斑部血管走行異常の2例

Two Cases of the Aberrant Macular Vessels

緒　言

　黄斑部血管走行異常については，中島による本邦最初の報告例^1）も含めて，現在まで数例の報告があるのみであり，しかもその多くは螢光眼底撮影法の出現以前のもので，網脈絡膜循環と血管走行異常との関係について，詳細に観察されていない。

　今回われわれの経験した2例も含めて，螢光眼底撮影が施行された，前川の2例^2），Moschand-reouの1例^3），計5例について検討し，比較的共通した興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

Two cases of aberrant macular vessels were examined clinically. Case 1 was a 61-year-old male, who showed anomalous arteries and veins crossing the macula derived from the main infe-rior temporal trunks in the left eye. Case 2 was 37-year-old male, who had secondary serous reti-nal detachment with multiple retinal exudations in both eyes, showed aberrant macular vessels emanating from the inferior temporal vein in the right.

Ophthalmoscopy and fluorography revealed localized hypervascularity and tortuosity of the vessels in the region of the aberrant macular vessels.
