緒 言
網膜循環は生理的状態において,いわゆる自動調節機構に従つて恒常状態を保つている。なかでも,眼圧と網膜血流量の関係については,緑内障性視神経乳頭陥凹および緑内障性視野変状の成因を考える上で議論の多いところである。
そこで,われわれは網膜血液循環の自動調節機構の解明の一端として,長期にわたる眼圧上昇が,網膜血管にどのような影響を与えているかを知る目的で,正常眼と開放隅角緑内障眼を対象に,飲水負荷を試み,その時得られた眼底写真から血管径変化率を基に網膜血管反応性を検討した。
The retinal vascular response is one of the most significant factors in the autoregulation of the retinal blood flow.
With color fundus photographs a Nikon Pro-file projector 6C (Type T), the retinal vascu-lar diameters of 57 open-angle glaucoma eyes were measured before and after water-drinking test, while the same examination was perfor-med on 29 normal eyes as the control.
The results obtained were as follows.
1. The retinal vessels of the normal eyes were found significantly dilated after water-drinking test.
The average arterial dilatation rate was 1.628 % and that of veins was 1.299%.
