アトロピン点眼が奏効したGlaucomatocyclitic crisisの2例

Two cases of Glaucomatocyclitic crisis : Effects of local use of Atropine

　原発性急性鬱血性緑内障及び虹彩毛様体炎に続発する緑内障のいずれにも類似するが，そのいずれにも異なる点をもつ疾患として，1948年，A．Po—sner及びA．Schlossmanが一つの独立した疾患として之にGlaucomatocyclitic Crisisと命名報告して以来，欧米では多くの報告がなされ，Theodore, Billet, Vanters等によりその存在が確認され，近年本邦に於ても漸く本疾患が注目を浴び，今井の報告を始めとして吉岡，松本，茂木，山之内，南，安藤，古田，木津等が夫々自験例を報告している。

　我々も最近典型的な症状及び経過を示した本疾患2例を経験し，共にアトロピン点眼が著効を奏するという興味ある事実を認めたのでここに報告して従来の文献に追加したいと思う。

Two cases regarded as glaucomatocyclitic crisis were reported.

1 st case : A man aged 25 had repeated attacks of ocular hypertension amounting to 35-48 mmHg. in the right eye. During the attacks very small whitish grey precipitates with slight congestion were found. The attacks were repeated 2 times in the observation during approximately two years.

2 nd case : A house wife aged 39. The same sort of attacks described in the first case was observed in the left eye, which was repeated three times in the course of one year.
