網膜色素変性症の特異的診断法—レギチンテスト

Regitin Test in the Diagnosis of Retinitis Pigmentas

　レギチン（Ciba）は，今までの交感神経遮断剤のうちで最も特異的にカテコールアミンに拮抗するといわれ，副腎髄質腫瘍の診断にレギチンテストとして用いられている。

　私共は，その方法をそのまま用いて，体重kg当り10mgのレギチンを静注し，血圧の変動を観察した結果，網膜色素変性に特有な所見を得たので報告する。

The fall of diastolic blood pressure in the regitin test shows over twenty five per cent on an average is pathognomonic as retinitis pigmentosa and the grade of it seems to be directly proportional to the amount of the phenol compounds in the blood.
