　ペニシリン，サイクリン等の抗生物質，昇汞，沃素その他の薬剤に対する過敏症には屡々遭遇する所であり，その過敏性は一旦獲得した以上半ば不治であり，之等の薬剤の使用をさける以外には方法がないかの如く考えられがちである。ところが之等のアレルギー性疾患には程度の差こそあれ皮膚粘膜移行部症候群（以下皮粘移群と略記）が必発であり，食養の指導によつて之等症候群と過敏症とが平行して治癒に赴き，嘗ての亢原だつた薬剤が不安なく使用可能となる事が珍らしくない。

The auther reports three cases of syndrome of mucocutaneous margin with beriberilike symptoms, each complicated by penicillin allergy, penicillin-ciclyn allergy with hypertension and cataract, and allergy for mercury dichloride with myopia, respectively.

Suitable instruction in diet made those symdrome and symptoms disappear and the pati-ents came to show no reaction for the medicines mentioned above. At the same other complications were also cured and the general conditions were improved.
